Training All of our staff members receive thorough induction training, health and safety training and customer care training on joining the company and then regular updates throughout their employment. All staff members receive regular appraisals and are encouraged to identify further training they would like to undertake to improve their personal performance. Our training includes:

            Induction Training – Policies and procedures of the company

            Manual Handling – Correct working methods

            Health and Safety – COSHH, Colour Coding, PPE, risk assessment and method statement training specific to the site, use  
            of stepladders

            Customer Care Training – Speaking to clients and residents, providing a good services, encouraging feedback
