Human Resources We recognise that our staff members are the most important resource in the work we provide and are committed to staff development over the course of their employment with the company and to maintaining staff morale. All our staff members are checked by HR staff to ensure they have the right to work and our HR team attends regular training sessions with HMRC to ensure that they can identify documents and are up date on current legislation. Staff members are required to complete the following before commencing work:

 

  • Interview
  • Completed D B Services application form
  • Documents Checked
  • CRB check completed if required
