Care Home Cleaning Services D B Services has worked with large residential care homes for many years creating a clean and attractive environment for residents. All our staff working in these environments receive specialist training to allow them to deal with the complexities of these sites alongside having DBS checks completed. Our clients can therefore be assured that residents are safe and secure at all times. We recognise the need for our staff members to to be recognisable on site and so they are required to wear full uniform and ID badges at all times. We place photographs of our staff members on notice boards so residents can be confident of who is working in their home and can approach our staff members with any concerns they may have. We appreciate the need to involve residents in both the decision making process and ongoing evaluation at these schemes and we have the following initiatives in place to make sure residents know that their views are noted and valued:

  • Attend residents meetings

  • Carry out inspections with residents

  • Six monthly residents’ surveys

  • Comments boxes on our sites
