We continue to lead by example demonstrating that sustainability is at the core of our business and working with our clients on improving and implementing environmental strategies at their sites.
We are ISO14001 accredited. Some of our key initiatives include:
BIO Hygiene Chemicals
Used across our sites Bio Hygiene chemicals are made from 100% plant derived cleaning agents, the products are all British made and are FSC certified 100% recyclable packaging. The use of dosing systems and PCR bottles cuts plastic waste and CO2.
Waste
Working with clients on waste separation projects in line with the new guidelines and encouraging them to implement recycling and centralised binning solutions.
Water
The use of Dryft mops and imops reduces the amount of water used on site on a daily basis. All our Bio Hygiene chemicals have no impact on aquatic life.
Vehicles
All our cars are electric and our van fleet is being replaced year on year with electric vehicles. We use planning systems to allow us to reduce our emissions ensuring drivers take the most efficient routes. We encourage our teams to use public transport wherever possible.
Equipment
We have moved to using Numatic ERP models made from recycled post industrial material which offer a 30% reduction in energy consumption. We use UK manufacturers which assists with repairs to equipment and increases the life of each machine.
Energy
We work with our clients to look at ways of offsetting emissions.
