All our school cleaning sites have experienced and qualified site supervisors who are adaptable and able to deal with the needs of the premises on a day to day basis. These supervisors will carry out our daily  inspections and in addition to this our contract managers visit our school sites weekly to carry out full inspections via our online system making sure we are maintaining our high standards. All our sites make use of clocking in systems via the U Clock system so we can provide our clients with monthly reports of the hours they are receiving. We complete a monthly review meeting at all our schools sites where KPI reports are provided and a walk around inspection with school representatives is carried out. One of the key elements of our school cleaning service is our periodical deep cleaning which is completed during school holidays and this is assisted by our highly trained floor maintenance team. We are also able to provide schools with a full range of cleaning consumables.
