Monitoring Standards

Each site has a dedicated Area Manager who ensures the day to day issues that arise are dealt with promptly. Our commitment is to deliver the service that we proposed at the point of tender, with a long term objective of providing these services over many years. Our monitoring procedures can take one or more of the following formats:

  • Following a visit, the completion of monitoring checklists where copies are left on site and/or sent to the client.
  • Use of vehicle tracking systems to offer a conclusive report on where our vehicles are when sites are serviced from a mobile unit.
  • The use of signing in books where a dialogue can be exchanged between parties and cleaning times can be demonstrated.
  • To carry out regular on-the-spot inspections, without notice, of our sites and to be critical of our standards where appropriate, ensuring that we are always aiming to improve.
